Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Reppd, Inc. (“Reppd”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, application, and related services (the “Service”). Reppd helps content creators find brand partnerships: we identify brands that fit your content, draft outreach emails, and help you track your pitches.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
  • Creator profile. The social media handles you share with us (for example Instagram or TikTok), your content categories, and your partnership preferences (such as minimum rates and whether gifted or affiliate deals are acceptable).
  • Public social content. To understand your content and match you with brands, we collect publicly available information about the social accounts you connect to your profile, such as follower counts, bios, and recent posts.
  • Waitlist information. If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit.
  • Usage information. Standard technical information such as log data, device and browser type, and how you interact with the Service.

3. Google user data and your Gmail account

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, we request permission to send email (gmail.send), used solely to send outreach emails that you have reviewed and explicitly chosen to send. We never send email without your direct action, and we do not request access to read your email.

Your Gmail authorization token is encrypted and stored in a cookie in your own browser — it is not stored on our servers. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from within the Service or by revoking Reppd’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Reppd’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

4. How we use information

  • to operate the Service: matching you with brands, researching fit, drafting pitches, and tracking your outreach;
  • to send emails you explicitly choose to send from your connected Gmail account;
  • to communicate with you about the Service, including waitlist and account updates;
  • to maintain the security of the Service and prevent abuse;
  • to improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting and authentication), bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • with brands, only in the form of the outreach emails you choose to send;
  • when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Reppd, our users, or the public;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing team@tryreppd.com; we will delete it within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Disconnecting Gmail immediately removes the authorization token from your browser.

7. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption of Gmail authorization tokens, and access controls limiting who can access production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing team@tryreppd.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
